SERVICE AGREEMENT FORM

I, _______________, have requested the use of an Anakin’s Trails Animal Trapping (AT) Camera for Food Station or a Missy Trap for the purpose of trapping a pet or stray animal. I understand that I have specific responsibilities as the requestor, and I agree to the following terms before the Camera or Trap is set:

Payment of the gas charge in the amount of $_________ must be received or arranged prior to the setting of any equipment or components.

I agree to meet the AT member at the scheduled time for setting the food station with the camera or trap, in order to receive instructions on how to re-bait the trap, and how to properly operate the trap door and other functional components.

I agree to re-bait the food and water bowls twice daily—once in the morning and once in the evening—using the food items recommended by the AT member, unless otherwise instructed.

I agree to promptly remove animals from the trap once captured and will not leave them in the trap for more than 15 minutes. I will refer to the 'Tricks of the Trap' document for guidance if needed.

I agree to follow all protocols as outlined and discussed with me by the AT member.

I understand that if I am unable to fulfill these responsibilities, the AT member will remove the food station camera or trap for use in the next requested case.

I agree that AT will not be held responsible for any damage to the property where the trap is set. If the property is not mine, I understand that I must obtain permission from the owner beforehand, and AT will assist me in securing this permission.

I agree that AT will not be held responsible for any physical injury sustained by the animal during the trapping process.

I agree that AT will not be held responsible for any physical injury sustained by the person(s) operating or re-baiting the trap.

I agree that AT will bear no financial responsibility for the animal, whether pet or stray, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I agree to exercise caution when handling and entering the trap if the animal is a stray.

I agree not to engage any other trapping individual or organization while working with AT. I understand that if I do, AT will remove the trap and immediately discontinue our collaboration.

If you have previously engaged the services of other trapping or search organizations, please list the name(s) of the organization(s) and the services they provided (e.g., hanging flyers, setting traps, setting food stations, etc.). Verbal communication is not included.

I agree that no one other than the requestor will perform responsibilities at the trap unless previously agreed upon. This ensures that the designated person is present to receive and follow instructions.

I understand and agree that I will be responsible for any damage to the trap or its components that results from failure to follow the provided instructions. This responsibility excludes normal wear and tear but applies specifically to damages caused by improper use, such as leaving an animal in the trap for longer than 15 minutes, which could result in damage to the camera or other equipment.

I understand that there is no guarantee the animal will be trapped. However, AT will make every effort to successfully trap the animal.
